Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Stack ("we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Stack mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the App. By using Stack, you represent that you meet these requirements.
2. Medical Disclaimer
Stack is a personal record-keeping and organization tool for informational purposes only. It does NOT provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or dosing recommendations, and it is not a substitute for the advice of a qualified healthcare provider. All values you enter — including peptide names, doses, schedules, and calculations — are entered and verified by you. Calculator outputs are mathematical conveniences only and must be independently verified. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider before starting, changing, or stopping any medication, peptide, or protocol. Never disregard professional medical advice because of something in the App. You use the App and any information in it at your own risk.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The App is free to download and offers an optional auto-renewing subscription ("Stack Pro").
- Subscription pricing is displayed in the App in your local currency.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Refund requests are handled by Apple under the App Store terms. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Rely on the App as a source of medical advice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the data and photos you enter. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your content. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to operate and provide the App's features (including syncing and AI/meal-scan processing).
7. Intellectual Property
The App, including its design, features, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or content except as needed to use the App.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (including Apple HealthKit and AI processing providers) to deliver certain features. Your use of those features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any calculation or information is accurate or complete.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, HEALTH, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, unless prohibited by your local law.
